Deposit A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking
Cancellation Because of the intimate size of Saratoga Lodge, cancellations affect significantly. Consequently a strict cancellation policy is adhered to
    1. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, Saratoga Lodge will make every         endeavour to re-book and if successful, the full deposit will be refunded.
    2. Working on an honesty policy, if no bookings have been denied for the         date(s) the full deposit will be refunded.
