1. Deposit
1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
2. The booking fee is non refundable, however it is transferable
3. Cancellation
3. Because of the intimate size of Saratoga Lodge, cancellations affect significantly. Consequently a strict cancellation policy is adhered to:
4. A cancellation fee of 40% per suite per night will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 7 days of date of arrival
5. Saratoga Lodge will make every endeavour to re-book and if successful, will not charge you
6. Special Events
   For Expos, Shows, Rowing, Weddings, Festivals etc. a 90% deposit is required at the time of booking which is non refundable and non transferable.
   Cancellation
   Saratoga Lodge will make every endeavour to re-book and if successful, the deposit will be refunded.
