Booking Fee |

The Booking Fee is non refundable however, it is transferable.

Cancellation Fee |

Because of the intimate size of Saratoga Lodge, cancellations affect it significantly. Consequently a strict cancellation policy is adhered to which is as follows

A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the tariff per suite per night will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival.
Saratoga Lodge will make every endevour to re-book and if successful will not charge you. |
